We focus on understanding where you are. Your current role, what's frustrating you, what success looks like. We start with the basics: how to read business metrics and understand what stakeholders actually care about.
Months 2–3
We dig deeper. Real situations from your job. How would a strategist think about this? We practice. You apply it immediately.
Month 4+
You're moving faster. The thinking becomes natural. We focus on bigger opportunities: leading a project end-to-end, influencing strategy, positioning yourself for the next role.
